Titanopsis hugo-schlechteri seeds

Titanopsis hugo-schlechteri seeds germinate best when sown in spring or autumn. I usually germinate them on 100% Bims (pumice). The seeds should germinate within 2 weeks and I increase air circulation right after most seeds have sprouted.

Many Mesembs species seem to like a gentle misting in the evening. make sure you use rainwater or any other water source which is low in calcium. Young plants should be shaded. older plants need good lighting in order to develop their characteristic shapes and colorations.
